What I learned in each cycle?
The cycle above was more for me to see what I am about to do this week and understand the timing for my next meal. I wanted to see if I was eating better when I had my next meal and could keep it up. How to Get Lean: A Post Cycle Workout
Eric outlines every part of his post cycle routine, with a few pictures, including the final post cycle workout in the video.
He begins with a 20 minute warm up and some light calisthenics – both for building up your cardiovascular system and for keeping you hydrated. He then goes into various different exercise to help you to build muscle throughout the day.
He describes these exercises very clearly and makes it very easy to follow along with his workout in the video. He then demonstrates his pre cycle warm up and calisthenic exercises in the video with both pictures.
Eric provides a list of dosages in each exercise for that exercise.
